Job Description 岗位职责

Reporting directly to Patent Sales Director, leveraging our expertise, you are in charge of developing and retaining your customer portfolio. Your action will focus on:

  • Developing and maintaining an effective business, sales, and marketing plan for assigned territory

  • Addressing targeted prospects through convincing of the benefit of our solutions, show its strategic use and demonstrate its value (ROI)
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape at your customers and in the market you develop
  • Managing a complex sales process (depending on complexity, your sales cycle can be up to 8 months)
  • Leveraging of presales and customer success resources
  • Retaining customers by your interpersonal skills, establish yourself as a true partner within your large customers organizationAttending events (conferences, exhibitions), and representing the company at trade shows

Qualifications 任职资格

  • B.S. or B.A. degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent. Masters or MBA is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Intellectual Property/Patent
  • Language skills: You are fluent in English and Chinese native speaker
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience and account management
  • Proven top performer
  • History of continuously innovating on and improving sales processes and techniques
  • Passion for customer relationship and leading edge technologies
  • Have prospecting skills and highly developed solution driven acumen
  • Mastering of closing deals with C-level
  • raining in solutionor customer-centricselling
  • Experience selling to industry, financial services, B2B industries, and public entities
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Completely at ease to report, forecast and plan its activity using a CRM

2SME 知识产权专家顾问

Job Description 岗位职责

  • Maintain and support current client, assist in clientsIP projects through the company offering
  • Interact with sales, R&D and administration teams
  • Participate in testing sessions prior to new releases and intervene within certain specific aspects
  • Create documentation
  • Online training or directly with clients
  • Help marketing and communication team with various IP activities such as organization of patent committee meetings, IP trainings, professional seminars, business conferences, etc. and administer relevant communications
  • Customer services management: incoming calls, helpdesk, operational and technical tasks cant be solved by other members
  • Other tasks which need support from a SME

Qualifications 任职资格

  • Bachelors degree or above, major in biochemistry/medicine
  • Over 3-year IP experience in patent or legal departments, or law firms, or equivalent experience in patent agency
  • Be able to undertake important responsibilities of patent/IP/legal affairs and related communication
  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property, especially in patent
  • Able to adapt to work tasks that require high communication skills
  • Good verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese
  • Service-minded, able to transfer your knowledge and experience to others through daily work
  • 本科及以上学历,生化/医药专业
  • 三年以上公司专利/法务部门或律所IP工作经验,或专利代理所同等经验
  • 在专利/知识产权/法律事务处理和相关沟通方面担负重要责任
  • 具备知识产权,特别是专利相关领域深厚知识

3Reviewer (EN-CN)  英语笔译校对(英译中)

Job Description 岗位职责

  • Reporting to the translation team leader, this role is responsible for reviewing patent documents translation from English to Chinese in chemical engineering, bio-pharmaceutical, electronic machinery, mobile communication, automobile manufacturing and other fields; and other related work assigned by superiors.
  • 从事化学化工、生物制药、电子机械、手机通信、汽车制造等领域的专利文件英译中翻译的中文校对工作;完成领导安排的其他相关工作。

Qualifications 任职资格

  • CET-6, TEM-4, or TEM-8, or have relevant translation certificate; English translation/reviewing internship or working experience is preferred.
  • Bachelors degree or above.
  • Education background in chemical engineering, chemistry, food, pharmaceutical, computer, electronic communications, etc., or major in English but engaged in science and engineering careers for years.
  • Honest and practical, able to accept background investigation, like text editing, accustomed to quiet office environment, with team spirit and responsibility.
  • Interested in translation or text editing. Be able to accept preliminary translation test.
  • 英语六级500分以上,或专业四级成绩良好,或专业八级取证,或具备相关翻译证书、有英文翻译/校对实习、从业经验者优先。
  • 本科以上学历。
  • 有化工、化学、食品、制药、计算机、电子通信、电子电机、无线电通信技术研发、半导体等工科专业学习背景,或者英语专业但从事多年以上工科职业。
  • 为人诚信踏实,能接受背景调查,喜欢文字编辑工作,习惯于安静的办公环境,工作态度认真负责,富有团队精神、有责任心。
  • 对翻译或者文字编辑工作感兴趣; 能接受笔译初试。
